We use various BPA-free environmentally friendly materials for our products, including TPU, PVC, tarpaulin, nylon, and silicone. Each material includes several variants to meet the different requirements of our clients and their local markets.
Customization is the key to success for us. We provide both OEM and ODM products to fulfill the request of our business clients. All departments of our company work together to ensure that our clients receive their customized products that are exactly what they want. Once we receive the concept and/or specification from our customers, our sales team and design team work together to transfer them into an archivable design for our production team to fulfill.
What Are Our Customization Options?
We offer comprehensive customization options for our products, from the basic customization of colors and sizes, to the complex modification for OEM requests from our clients. Our R&D team also works tirelessly to develop new features and designs that our clients can choose for their ODM demand.
We do not sell products with our own logo to the market, but ones with our clients' custom logo and private label. It is the brand and logo of our client that end consumers will see and recognize. Various different logo printing methods, including silk screen printing, digital printing, embroidery, rubber patch, and metal label, are supported.
The package is the first thing that will be seen by end customers and attract them. It is more than just a container but an integral part of the marketing message. We support PE bag, PVC bag, plastic box, paper box, paper card sleeve, etc. as means of packaging.
What is our customization process?
Our sales team will consult our client to know EVERY detail of their demand to make sure we do not misunderstand any part of it. Then, our design team will be informed of the demand with a complete document of details.
Our design team will work on the client's request and turn it into an archivable design after they receive the document from our sales team. The design will be sent to our client for confirmation before it can be used to produce samples.
Once our client approves the design, it will be sent to our factory for sample production, which usually takes 7 to 10 days. The samples will be inspected by our QC team first before they are shipped to our client for inspection and confirmation.
After our client approves the sample and places a bulk order, our production team will take the charge of the manufacturing process, from ordering the material to the final packaging. Our QC team will inspect the product thoroughly during each step of production.
As the production is finished and passes the final inspection, our logistics team will arrange the shipping process. They will discuss with our client and suggest them the most suitable shipping method. If anything went wrong during shipping, we will also track it down for our clients.
